Origin: Certified Organic riesling from Mount Edwards Pisa Vineyard
Winemaking: Hand-picked, destemmed and left on skins for one week. Pressed into old oak for wild fermentation. Aged in barrels on lees for 7 months. Filtered with small sulphur addition before bottling.
Tasting note: Big pineapple and dried ginger energy on the nose. Wave of citrus comes through on the palate with a lemon & lime sorbet vibe. Skin-contact adds juiciness and gives a bold textural finish. An exciting & electric rizza!
