Located near Nelson, Richmond Plains use 100% Certified Organic Pinot Noir to make this exciting Blanc de Noir. Pale salmon it has the aromas of citrus blossom, green pear and green apple. The palate is fruity baked apple, pear and nectarine. There's a good acid line with lots of lime blossom characters and an exotic spicy finish. One Cult Team tester described this wine as "Guzzlable!" We'd certainly agree that the great acid and full fruit flavours will make it a favourite with summer food or just for enjoying with a snack in the sunshine.
