Grown on the banks of Lake Karapiro, this Waikato Chardonnay is hand-picked and created with minimal intervention. The wine has spent 12 months in French oak, delivering aromas of roasted nuts, biscuits, coconut and orange blossom. There is plenty of acidity here to make this very food friendly but also that toasty, creamy character so many people love in a Chardonnay. 

Chardonnay like this loves meats like pork and there's enough acidity to be a great match for fish as well.
