Hand-picked Saperavi grapes from the Kakheti region are fermented in neutral stainless steel. The wine is unfiltered, and has intense blackberry and black plum notes. There are aromas of wild berries in this full bodied wine which has elegant tannins with long finish. The wine pairs well with meat and hard cheeses such as Gouda or Parmigiano.
