Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Viognier are co-fermented to produce this light, juicy red. This is far too easy to drink, with lots of cherry and red fruits. There’s a satisfying mouthfeel – this is a nicely textured wine. Easy to smash a few glasses over dinner without too much thought – but sit back and there’s plenty of complexity and good winemaking happening here.
