Definitely not your average Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - its got a bat on the wax cap, and that's just the beginning. From the land of Sauvignon, this is where the resistance is strongest - there's plenty of acid and plenty of fruit but this is funky, modern, young, interesting - not your mum's savvy. The 2021 batch was co-fermented with oysters - looks like this year the boys decided to eat those and just let the grapes do their thing.
