A co-ferment of a number of Rhone varieties - 39% Marsanne, 21% Vermentino, 20% Roussanne, 17% Viognier, 3% Muscat ā petit grains. This is complex and rich, showcasing the classic broad palate-weight of Marsanne, salinity and refreshing acidity from Vermentino, the nuanced stone-fruit characteristics of Viognier, and the hauntingly beautiful jasmine tea and chamomile aromatics of Roussanne. A wine to savour and think about but also one to enjoy, especially as the days shorten and the temperatures drop.
