A fruit salad of a wine! Passionfruit with white peach, apricot and a light smokiness.  A saline and refreshing acid profile with supple texture. This wine has spent time on skins and was fermented in amphora - there's definitely some tannin in there and a delightful copper colour. This is not your average Albarino!
