Albarino is a wonderful variety, perfectly suited to NZ growing conditions. This is a lively, fresh and very Hawkes Bay expression. Its a veritable fruit salad of a wine! Passionfruit with white peach, apricot but also a light smokiness.  There's also the saline and refreshing acid profile with supple texture that you'd expect in a European Albarino. This wine shouts out for a seafood accompaniment.
