A classic blend from legendary McLaren Vale producer. Here Chester is emphasising tropical fruits like pineapple, and with some lovely citrus blossom. The palate is far beyond the norm. Its clean and fresh with loads of honeydew melon, pear, lemon curd and the slight spiciness of pickled ginger at the end. This is an easy food match - and great with fusion or Asian flavours.
