From the foothills of Mt Karioi, overlooking Ruapuke Beach, its hard to imagine somewhere less likely to make good wine - but here we are!

This is a Syrah based rose made to in a dry style. This is a bone-dry wine - there's a lovely savoury nose with plenty of crushed herbs. Then flavours of cranberry along with pink grapefruit and a little lemon pith. There's loads of refreshing, mouthwatering acid and a clean finish. A great wine with a charcuterie platter or on its own as a fresh aperitif.
