Catalyst are changing the face and the perception of fruit wines. Their wines are sophisticated, nuanced and a million miles from the sweet plonk we've come to associate with wine made from fruit. The wines are generally aged before release and we are loving their 2023 vintage. SandRa often keeps the wine in bottles for a long time before release - and this 2023 is drinking nicely.

This wine is a blend of rhubarb, red currant, raspberry and strawberry. Its a gorgeous pale pink in the glass. Light and fragrant, the flavours are a combination of the delicate red berries and rose petals. Not just is this delicious, with all the fruit coming from winemaker SandRa's garden, its about as sustainable as you can get!
