Pares Balta are located in the mountainous Penedes region of Spain. This is 100% white Grenache, grown and vinified organically and with minimal intervention. The result is a wine full of the fruit and flower flavours of Grenache; citrus notes and delightful freshness. There is a creaminess to the palate created by many months spent on lees. Vivacious and delicious.
