Pewsey Vale are one of the most consistent high quality producers in the Eden Valley of South Australia. This is all about the fresh limes but with the delicacy of white flowers as well and an acidity which is clean and approachable. A great accompaniment to oysters, some squid or maybe just a nice fresh tomato salad. There's also enough going on here to put a bottle away and let it get a little age.
