Made from early picked Merlot, using only free run and light press juice. The wine has a lovely freshness with lots of red fruits - cherries, strawberries and raspberries. There's a nice hint of Turkish Delight and long raspberry finish. This is the passion project of third generation Beatrix Ham  - fun, fresh; a little frivolous and it will be your summer favourite.
