Negroni - the perfect sundowner. And we think we've found the perfect mix. We're using award winning Holland Road nano-distilled Gin as a base. Then we're adding Terra Sancta's fantastic bitter-sweet aperitivo in place of the Campari, but we're getting some citrus goodness in there with Known Unknown's delicious, fruity blood orange Bloody Vermouth. Its not your normal negroni - but who needs normal when there is this much NZ made goodness in your glass!

Flavours are strong on the citrus but with a satisfying bitterness and good punch from the gin. Its a refreshing mix, that will sip very pleasantly over a huge ice-cube  as you watch the sun go down.
