Bereche are one of the most iconic, lauded and beloved grower-producers in Champagne and are incredibly sought after by wine lovers. Grown biodynamically by brothers Raphaël and Vincent this is 1/3 each Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from four vineyards of different soil types totaling 7ha with vines averaging 40+ years old. Likewise the wines are aged well before release and the blend always has a 30% of solera aged wines giving the wine depth and complexity to balance the freshness and purity of the wine. This wine is expensive, but it's worth it!
