This is, in my opinion, the finest execution of 'The Cab' we have issued so far.  It's from my neighbours vineyard, and honestly I have never seen the fruit look so good!

We made the decision to include 25% whole bunch to give it structure, spice and interest. It's a full, ripe style and a unique expression of the potential of Martinborough with this later ripening variety.
