
Made in Australia's Riverina region this is a nut brown with luscious flavours of fig, date, caramel and toffee. The grapes have been left on the vine till very ripe, then partially fermented. Fermentation is stopped by fortifying on the skins - adding to the intense fruit flavours of the wine. This goes well with chocolate based desserts but is also a great accompaniment to fruit and cheeses at the end of a meal.
