Made in the Riverland by a new generation of producer aimed at being highly drinkable, very approachable but with all the credentials of a natural wine. Rouge is made from Shiraz and Grenache - Riverland heat producing big, fruity flavours well-balanced with acidity. This is designed for drinking chilled - and the juiciness works well in this format. This is fun wine not fine wine - but its also made with a wild ferment, unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulphur.
