This is a fun Prosecco from a well-regarded region. It is pale straw yellow and a fine persistent bubble. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. Its dry on the palate and pleasantly refreshing. In a bottle that just shouts party this is delicious on its own, but why not add a dash of fresh orange juice and have yourself a fabulous mimosa.
