
Mas Candi is a new producer (established in 2006) who have been making waves. Founded by grower Ramón Jané (whose family had only ever sold grapes) with his wife Mercé Cuscó and best friend/oenologist Toni Carbó. This wine is grown biodynamically and is a blend id Xarel.lo (60%), Macabeo (20%), Parellada (5%) and other indigenous varieties. Fermented and aged in steel with at least 12 months on lees it has freshness and richness without overt oak.
