Classic flavours of Puglia Primitivo - big, generous red berries and cherries. There's also some nice cinnamon spice and a touch of black pepper - giving this good complexity under the fruit. While there's definitely tannin, its nicely integrated - making this an easy drinking style, perfect with a big plate of pasta on a cold evening.
