Here's one for everyone that loves a fresh lime dominated dry Riesling. Whole bunch pressed, wild ferment and left on lees, this wine has a lot going on under the clean acid line. There's the fragrance of jasmine and some aniseed - accentuated by the minimal use of sulphur. The time on lees has also given the wine a lovely mouth-feel; this is textured as well as fresh.
