A co-ferment of Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; this is intended as a chilled red. Its delightfully fresh and fruity, incredibly refreshing on a warm day. The wine spent four weeks on skins and the contact gives the wine an underlying complexity - don't be fooled by the cute name - there's lots of herbaceous and spicy notes here to make for a really interesting glass. The wine is the project of Lucie and Brook's two daughters and the wine is unfined, unfiltered and hand bottled.
