This is fresh and crunchy Pinot Noir. Its been destemmed then wild fermented on skins for 15 days before aging in stainless steel tanks. There's no oak but also no other additives - no sulphur, unfined, unfiltered. It is a true expression of the grape - lovely ripe strawberries and cherries and some tannin structure from the time on skins.
