Treviso producer Bedin make a wide range of Prosecco. Here's a chance to try their elegant Xtra dry alongisde the really different Il Lieve col fondo. The first is a traditionally made Prosecco with fine bead and lovely aromatics that comes up almost dry. The col fondo on the other hand is the ancient method of making sparkling wines through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
