In this tasting we will try 7 wines from new to NZ McLaren Vale producer SOMOS,  an incredibly progressive McLaren Vale producer and one of our new imports. Taking a holistic approach to sustainability, using sustainable (including mostly organic and bio-dynamic fruit), usually from Mediterranean varietals which requre less irrigation, a huge issue in South Australia. The wines are stunning, from the friendly/fun/easy-drinking and amazing value "little" -ito wines to the more expressive, powerful single vineyard range. They also offer a balance of interest (i.e. 180 maceration on the orange) while remaining extremely bright, approachable and drinkable. 

We'll be tasting 7 Somos wines and a guest fizz to start the night.
